You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" sections of our website. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
We DO NOT accept any order returns unless damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 2 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. Please enclose an unboxing video and defective/damaged product pictures to help us serve you faster and better.
If and once the damaged product has been approved for exchange, we will share the return address/pick-up details.
